We ship every order in a plain brown box or envelope, with a discreet return address. 

If your order does not arrive in the promised time please let us know, by email (support@europorndvd.com). We strive to reply to emails within two days.

Returns

If the products you receive are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit to you, we will replace them. You must notify us by phone or e-mail within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the nature of the product, we are unable to accept returns of used items. Products must be in their original condition & packaging and must be received by us within 14 days your order date. If the above conditions have not been met or we suspect the products have been used we reserve the right to refuse the return request. 

All goods returned to us as unclaimed will be subject to a reshipping charge. Returns by post are made at your own risk and cost. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be credited to you. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Refunds will not be paid in cash. We do not accept liability for any returns which get lost in the mail.

You have no right to cancel your order in accordance with this condition if the products you have ordered are: DVD recordings or personal items and the holographic seal and/or shrink-wrap has been unsealed by you.

You may cancel your order before the delivery or within seven days after the date of delivery by contacting our customer service team by email at support@europorndvd.com. We will refund you the cost of your unwanted products minus any P&P costs.

If you cancel your order within seven working days after the date of delivery, you must return the unwanted products to us unused and in their original packaging at your risk and at your cost within 14 days of your order.

Provided you return the unwanted products unused and in the original packaging within 14 days of your order, we will credit your original pay,emt method with the cost of the unwanted product minus our delivery charges within thirty days of the date of cancellation.
