Pornofilm Shop certified with Webshop Trustmark

Pornofilm Shop is now certified with the trustmark Webshop Keurmerk. The Stichting Webshop Keurmerk tests whether online shops comply with strict European legislation that must protect buyers. From now on we have joined the members of this foundation and we are allowed to use the Webshop Trustmark on our website. This recognition is in line with our philosophy of clear communication and reliable service. In fact nothing changes, but we are recognized in our way of working. For many consumers, this trust mark gives a safer feeling while shopping. 

Webshop Keurmerk

Webshop Keurmerk is the largest trust mark in the Netherlands and Europe. The foundation behind this trust mark wants to protect consumers against web shops that are no good. As a consumer you know that shopping with members of Webshop Keurmerk is trusted and safe. The Foundation is affiliated with the independent Stichting Geschillencommissie. They agree on the Terms & Conditions of certified webshops in consultation and cooperation with the Dutch Consumers Association and Shopping Secure Organisation.

What can Webshop Keurmerk do for you?

If you have a complaint about a webshop affiliated with the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk and you cannot find a solution via the customer service of the store, you can submit the compliant to the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk. They will investigate your complaint and try to solve the problem, including through mediation.

Sanctions

If the affiliated web shop does not solve the problem properly, the web shop in question may be deprived of the right to use the Webshop Keurmerk logo. The webshop can also be suspended for a period of time. A suspension will be lifted if the complaint has turned out to be unjustified or if the complaint has been resolved properly. It can also be decided to definitively deny the right to use the trust mark logo.

Disputes Committee

It may happen that the dispute is not resolved, the customer can then submit a dispute via the Stichting Geschillencommissie. The costs for this procedure will be charged to the webshop.

First submit a complaint to the webshop!

Before you complain about an affiliated webshop, you must first submit the complaint to the relevant webshop. You can only submit a complaint to Webshop Keurmerk if you do not receive a response within a reasonable period of time or if your complaint does not lead to an acceptable solution.

Responsibility

Webshop Keurmerk will only handle your complaint if it is immediately clear that your rights have been violated or if your complaint raises questions in this regard. If it is immediately clear that your complaint is unjustified (for example, your conclusion or position is contrary to the law), you will be informed of this. If that is not the case, the relevant web shop will then be asked for an explanation and possibly urged to resolve the complaint properly.

What should I do if I am not satisfied with Pornofilm Shop?

Pornofilm Shop always strives for satisfied customers, but we also sometimes make a mistake. If you are the victim of this, we would like to hear about it, so that we can look for a solution together.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can submit your complaint to the Stichting Webshop Keurmerk. They will try to mediate.
